AnyoneTo
Support
A real person reads every message to [email protected].
If you use the app
Email us and include:
- the phone number you signed in with (that is your account);
- the date of the request, if it is about a request;
- what you expected and what happened instead.
Please never send us a sitter's number; we do not need it and we would rather not have it in an email. A sitter's first name is enough for us to find the request.
Payment questions: refunds go through Apple or Google, who took the payment. If every message in a request failed to send because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will check the delivery records for the replacement request the terms describe.
Deleting your account
In the app: Account → Delete my account, then confirm. It removes your list, requests and history. You can also ask by email: give us the phone number on your account, and we'll confirm it's you first. What we keep afterwards, and for how long, is in the privacy notice.
If you're a sitter
You got a text because a parent who has your number saved you on their list in AnyoneTo Babysit. You do not need an app or an account, and you can stop the texts yourself in a few seconds:
- The link in any text opens your own page.
- On that page, "Stop requests from [name]" stops that family's requests to you. Nothing else changes and nobody has to approve it.
- "Report unwanted messages" also stops the requests and tells us, so we can look into how you were added.
A stop is final unless you choose to opt in again yourself, through your own link; a report is final for that family unless our support lifts it after a review. If you would rather we did it, or you want a parent's record of you removed, email [email protected] and tell us the number the texts were sent to. We will do it for you and confirm.
A text that says it is from a parent, sent from their own phone, is their message, not ours; the link inside it still takes you to the same page, where you can say yes or no to hearing from AnyoneTo.
